Chic, comfortable and a great elevated basic

I really love these sandals — they’re such a great elevated basic. I’d describe them as a heeled thong that somehow works with everything, which makes them easy to dress up or down.I do have wider feet, and I’d say this style is definitely designed more for a slender foot. That said, I can still wear them comfortably — the fit can feel a little awkward at times, but if you’re confident walking in heels, it’s totally manageable.Comfort-wise, I’m genuinely impressed. I can wear these for several hours (even 5–6 hours out) and while my feet are definitely sore by the end of the night, they don’t feel bruised the next day like they do with a lot of higher heels. Occasionally I get a bit of friction where the thong connection sits, but it settles quickly and I can wear them again the next day without issue.The colour range is beautiful — I especially love the deep chocolate brown and the edgy tan. The wooden base detail on the tan pair is a really nice touch. My only real wish is that this style came in a slightly wider fit option. I’ve also noticed some wear on the leather-covered heel over time (especially on the chocolate colour), but with regular care they’ve held up well.Overall, a stylish, wearable heel that I reach for often.
